But after a whirlwind divorce from a ten year relationship, starting a new job, moving to a new neighborhood, building a new friends circle and dating, my breakdowns began. They happened alone, late at night, in the shower and during long runs. I was like a duck, the picture of calm on the surface while kicking furiously to stay afloat. I was far from being centered and needed help to navigate through life changes.
